Tarp Ridgeline and Guy lines: made with 1.75mm Lash-It or Zing – buy on the 180′ spool
- 40′-50 for continuous ridgeline
- 10′ for each of (4) to (6) tarp edge tieouts
- Titanium Dutch Hook – (1 for ridgeline primary end)
- Quickly wrap first end of ridgeline around tree and clip Dutch Hook to the rope
- Titanium Wasp – [hardware only] – (1 for ridgeline secondary end)
- Quickly tie off second end of ridgeline, tight. Easily adjust if needed.
- Nama Claw – (2 for ridgeline-to-tarp connections)
- Tarp hangs off these underneath continuous ridgeline
- Quickly adjust / reposition tarp on ridgeline. So so so easy to adjust.
- Plastic Line Lock Light [15mm] – (1 per tarp guy line / tie out line, minus 2 [as you don’t need any for the 2 connections to the ridgeline])
- Quick and easy adjustment of line tension
- Not optional. Must-have.
- Can pull a grosgrain tarp loop right thru the Line Lock and larkshead, or can add a small continuous loop made of Zing-It if the tarp has D-rings or loops that are too short.
- Fleastake – (1 per tarp guy line / tie out line)
- If you use a regular stake, you can pound it where you want it, then tie a slip knot, and then tighten the line at the Line Lock on the tarp side.
- Using a Fleastake makes it easier to adjust the line at the stake side, and perhaps a little quicker?

Tarp Parts
- BONDED ULTRALIGHT XENON HEX TARP
- Snake Skin / Tarp Sleeve
- Gives freedom to the “put tarp up or not” question – put the tarp up on the tree without unfurling it.
- I prefer the continuous 1-piece.
